Comic Fiesta 2012!

Comic Fiesta is back! And now, larger than ever! For those who don't know what Comic Fiesta is, it is Malaysia’s longest-running and most epic convention that focuses on animation, comics and games (ACG). They take pride in celebrating all aspects of art and creativity (as well as the ever popular ACG culture), collecting all these elements in one location and unleashing this melting pot of human ingenuity to all members of society, both locally and internationally.

Responsible for ushering in the rapidly-expanding ACG community into Malaysia, Comic Fiesta (CF) is proudly an event by fans for fans. This is the first and the biggest non-profit ACG convention in Malaysia, organized by a group of passionate individuals brought together by one common goal, and powered by a massive community of professionals, amateurs and enthusiasts of all age groups. And now, I'll tell you my experience of two whole day attending this fantastic event, with lots and lots of pictures!

The first thing that you should now about this event is, it is REALLY large. You can see a sea of people outside and inside the hall. Because I'm too lazy too pre-order the early bird ticket, I had to queue up in a very, very long line. Spent 2 hours queuing to buy the tickets for both of the day. Oh well.

Finally got my ticket! Now ready to enter!

As you can see, a very big yet crowded event. Lots of booths and shop to meet to your heart desire.

We got Bushiroad as usual promoting their game, Cardfight Vanguard.

A serious video game matches between these people.

Yup, that's my drawing. I don't have a slight idea on what I'm drawing at that time.

One of the guest attending CF, Redjuice! He works as an illustrator for many famous anime character design, such as Guilty Crown.

And here we got Danny's booth, Mirai's Kopitiam. Lots of Culture Japan goods displayed and sold here.

The stage event was undeniably fun and crazy! The MC was hilarious and crazy!

At that night, our ear were feast on by an amazing concert by Bless 4.

They are seriously awesome.

But it is Hard Gay! Yes you heard me right.

Winner for the best performance. A somehow, weird perverted performance.

And finally, the winner for solo cosplay competition.

Team Orange e-sport managed to get 2nd place for the Counter Strike: Global Offensive tournament.

And Team DC Smackdown gets to be the champion of the tournament, walking off with a large sum of money and goodies.

All of the Comic Fiesta Committee, gathering up to show their gratefulness towards the wonderful visitors of Comic Fiesta. Yes, we are awesome.

And, to end the day, they decided to held an awesome dance off party, surrounded by booming anime techno trance and shrouded with mist and sweat.

Nevertheless, Comic Fiesta is a hectic yet epic event. Only one word that I could come out with to describe it, and it is..... LEGENDARY!

Winter Anime 2012/13

After a long time of thought and procrastination, I finally decided that I want to post this winter anime list. While most of the last season anime had reached its climax, I've managed to lurk around on some of the preview for the winter's anime. While may not as good or popular as the last one, there is some that had caught my attention nonetheless. One of them is Haganai season 2, which judging in my opinion is a pretty good anime previously. Hope they do this better this time. Oh, and don't forget the delicious anime Senren Kagura, new season of Hetalia, as well as several interesting titles. Honestly, I don't even recall most of the anime titles in this season, but luckily, look at all the awesome movies and OVAs to back them up. Tiger and Bunny, Blood-C, and tons of wonderful OVAs!

Hell Yeah! Well, all in all, lets wait, and see, and have a snacks to enjoy your anime.

Showcase: Rkidz Dynasty Necron Overlord, Imotekhkidz

Imotekh is a grand strategist, perhaps the most accomplished the galaxy has ever known, and his campaigns operate not only across worlds, but across entire star systems and sectors. So impeccable are the logical patterns behind the Stormlord's strategies that the only way a foe can truly gain meaningful advantage is to abandon all logic themselves.

This time, Imotekh had joined the Rkidz Dynasty, bearing the name of Imotekhkidz, the Phaeron of Rkidz Dynasty. With him rallying the army, there will be none that can stop the Dynasty's goal of galaxy conquest. Let they know who will rule the galaxy once again.

Showcase: Rkidz Dynasty Necron Doomsday Ark

The Doomsday Ark is a technological wonder, easily eclipsing the primitive energy weapons of the Imperium. The Rkidz Dynasty Doomsday Ark is a proof of the Necron Army deadly and undeniable shows of strength. WZIth its main weapon, it will tear the ranks of the enemy with ease, and broke the morale and the will of the enemy.
